I Need To Speak To Someone
If you need somone to talk to, whether its to get something off your chest or to ask for advice, our volunteers can lend an ear and listen to you for as long as needed.
We can support you and give you some advice but we can’t however tell you what you should or need to do as our volunteers are not fully trained councilors.
Should you need further support we can help you speak with a team more qualified.

Members of the LGBTQ+ community have unique and complex health needs that heterosexuals don’t face. Health disparities and barriers to care can make staying healthy challenging, but knowing LGBTQ+ health risks can ensure you stay on top of your health. Local and national resources can help you prevent or treat these health conditions with the right medical testing, care and support.
