This is to serve notice that Llanelli LGBTQ+ Support Group will be holding an AGM on Friday 26th February 2021 at 6pm via Zoom.

1. Chair for the AGM Meeting

2. Elect a committee including honorary officers.

3. Financial Report

4. Amendments to the constitution

5. Any other business

Please Note:
• Should anyone wish to nominate themselves as one of the honorary officers, then they must email the Secretary, Ryan Thomas at secretary@lgbtqplus.org.uk by 12th February 2021.
• A vote will be held should there be more than one nomination for a specific honorary officer post, or if more than 12 people wish to join the management committee.
• Amendments to the constitution need to be made to the Secretary at secretary@lgbtqplus.org.uk by 12th February 2021.
